MVB Wireline is a self-care portal for fixed-line enterprise customers. The application provides a quick and convenient way for users to access and manage their account information. The application is the Mobile version of the web-based self-care portal. The application allows the users to log in with their existing credentials of the web-based portal and can view circuit details, trouble tickets, update customer profiles, and view the Escalation Matrix. The users will be able to create trouble tickets and submit them for faster resolution. The application allows users to view the 7-day trouble ticket history irrespective of the date of creation.
